Music does not need interpretation, because everybody understands its “message”, when silence makes way for the first sounds, tones, tunes, tales, the creation comes, then, to life with everything that lies behind the musical notes.

Quoting Eduard Handslick: “Since all the sounds of music can be discovered in the wide universe, man is able to identify the entire universe in music.” There are a few people who are instinctively sensitive to these codes, this is why many may need guidance.

In his shows, Zoltán Thurzó not only tries to play masterpieces of great composers sitting down at the piano but he introduces the audience in the art of conception, making us think, therewith, about the work that stands behind such creation. This perception, simplicity characterizes each one of his performances.

The picture represents the artist accompanied by his audience in a quest to find out in how many ways music reveals itself to us. Each and every one of his concerts is important regardless of who and where is listening to it.

Without exception, he respects his audience in a modest yet prepared manner, regardless of the fact that we are talking about pupils in a classroom, people in love with Art or that he is in on stage in a Community Centre or in concert hall, playing in front of many people. First of all, he likes to get the people’s attention with his solo play, however he is most pleased to perform, in case, chamber music, together with other instrumentalists or singers.  

He loves challenges, his innovation and creativity, always, encourage him to present a charming production. Music possess the quality to bring peace in the heart therefore a good performance is motivational to everyone.

The most important thing is that the artist’s performance gives thrills to the audience. A concert reaches its main purpose in case the spectator naturally states: “I am not good at this, but I have liked it, I have felt good.” The best thing for the musician is to receive or if he receives such a feed-back, because this situation presents a relationship between public and artist, developed through the “bridge of music” built by the the artist, with his virtuosity..

This album will be successful when an idea, an artist’s performance proves to be a coup and the audience is interested in it. The artists only reveal the path.
