The audience’s reviews
In past and present time, the public’s point of view has always counted.
The “architect’s” biggest desire is to create something for eternity. Ever since childhood, when thinking begins to make sense, feed-back starts to be very important for all of us. Even when we pushed the limits with our behaviour, even when we felt we had done something enjoyable, we wished the entourage accepted it with praise. It is important throughout our work to receive negative comments and positive feed-back at the right time, because this can lay down the real foundation and scale of values in our lives.
For the performer, in general, and the musician in particular, it is very important to be able to appreciate correctly, after the concert and through this experience, the feed-back from his public. Part of the art training is to build up sensitivity, since a skilled artist can provide experiences and become credible. Since there are not two absolutely identical people, we will not have two identical points of view or opinions. The essence of an artistic production, regarding that is a poem, painting, theatrical performance or a concert, is to reach its goal, as in, through the privileged artist, to get to the respected public. The vast majority of people need to gather around culture.
Any personal experience gathers them at concerts. Obviously, we should not overlook the fact that the public’s point of view at the end is important, regardless of its nature. The importance and strength of building up the community lies in this. During my concerts, I strive to be better prepared and pass with modesty all the knowledge at my disposal. The public’s positive point of view always makes me enthusiastic, inspires me, implicitly, with the power of applause or an intimate moment of silence. Cathartic experience is every artist’s dream on every concert, its lack on the other hand, may count as a point of view also, which is worth a lesson to look into the future constructively.
Evolution might be an on-going process as long as criticism redefines our scale of values, making us strive for more, better experiences to give to our public.
These “lived/gone through experiences” are gathered inside these albums.
